More of the same came from the Kusler Klinics Volleyball Clubs as the two teams are still undefeated, both going 3-0 again on Friday and will be looking for a berth into the championship bracket on Sunday.
The 16U team again didn’t lose a set in its three matches on Friday as Lainey Reinke, Aleise Christopherson and Reese Terwilliger help lead the team from Pierre. The 16U’s will play Texas, North Carolina and Minnesota on Saturday starting at 8:00 AM.
The 17U team dropped just one set, in its final game but still won 15-13 in the third and deciding set to remain undefeated in the tournament. The team has Pierre’s Remi Price, Ayvrie Kaiser, Makenna Schlekeway and Lily Sanchez. The 17U team will face two California teams on Sunday with a team from Wisconsin sandwiched in between. The first game on Saturday for the 17U team is at 9:00.
