The Kusler Klinics 16U and 17U Volleyball teams at the AAU National Tournament went undefeated, each going 3-0 on day one down in Florida.
The 16U team didn’t drop a set through its first three games completing the sweep which puts them in Group 1, Pool 11 on Friday where they will play 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The 16U team has three Pierre athletes with Aleise Christopherson, Reese Terwilliger and Lainey Reinke.
The 17U team also going 3-0, dropped just one set along the way to Louisiana but dominated its other two wins over North Carolina and Illinois. Four Pierre athletes play on the 17U team with Ayvrie Kaiser, Remi Price, Lily Sanchez and Makenna Schlekeway. The 17U team will ply at 4:00, 6:00 and 8:00 Friday evening.
