PIERRE — The Pierre School Board is meeting tonight at the District Administration building. The Board will consider approval of the agenda and a nine-item consent calendar before hearing comments by Superintendent Kelly Glodt. Any public and Board comments will come after that. First reading will be given to four items on the agenda. They include changes to the Elementary, High School, Athletic and Administrator handbooks. The Board will consider adoption of the Special Education Comprehensive plan and will canvass results of the recent school board election. Board members will consider bids for refuse and recycling service; renewal of insurance policies and worker’s compensation and amendments to the Fiscal Year ’22 budget. The agenda also includes adoption of a facility use policy and rates, donations, surplus property; school meal prices; open enrollments, resignations and contract items. The Pierre School Board meets tonight at 5:30 P-M.
