The Pierre Governors finished an excellent two days in fourth place in the AA golf tournament with Madilyn Brakke finishing inside the top as she tied for ninth.
Brakke shot an 84 on day two and finished with a 163 overall on the two days. Haley Nadeau and Morgan Lisburg each shot a total 167 over the two days finishing tied for 17th. Ellie Jo Simpson finished her Governor career with a 170 and in 25th place. Andrea Mosteller and Hadley Hart had a 178 and 186 respectively to round out the six golfers for Pierre.
The Governors as a team finished at a 666, just five shots from the team state championship. Harrisburg took home the team title at a 661 while Reese Jansa also left with a AA championship at four over, 148, three shots ahead of second.
