The Fort Pierre City Council approved the license unanimously. Last month the Council approved licenses for Bad River Cannabis and Black Hills Cannabis Care. Grassroots Home, Health and Wealth will be located on the north side of Highway 14/34 between Salebarn Road and Waldron Street.
