FORT PIERRE — The Fort Pierre City Council is meeting tonight at the South Dakota Municipal League building. City officials will give reports to the Council before getting into the agenda. Two public hearings will be held for temporary liquor license requests for events at the Stanley County Fairgrounds. The Council will consider awarding the 2022 chip seal bid and a pay application to Sharpe Enterprises for work on the wastewater system. Council members will consider an electrical contractor’s license, the hazard mitigation plan and setting a public hearing for a temporary liquor license for dates in April and May. Also on the agenda is approval of election workers, personnel, two public notices and a resolution on political signs. The Fort Pierre City Council meets tonight at 6:30 pm.
