PIERRE — A very light agenda comes before the Pierre City Commission tonight. Only three items make up the agenda for the meeting. A 10-item consent calendar starts the meeting. The calendar contains the minutes from the March 15th meeting, claims, a raffle request and setting a 5:45 p-m public hearing for April 5th. New hires make up the balance of the calendar with new seasonal and regular hires for the Parks, Emergency Services Communications, Water, Street, Fire and Business office. Only two regular agenda items make up the balance of the agenda. Commissioners will give first reading to the 2022 budget supplement and will announce any changes for the upcoming Good Friday holiday on April 15th. The Commission will give any dialogue they may have. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 p-m.
