PIERRE — The passage of a House Bill by this year’s legislature is generating a lot of excitement at the Cultural Heritage Center in Pierre. Governor Kristi Noem signed H-B 1047 last week which immediately makes eight-point-eight million dollars in general fund revenue available for a major renovation of the Center. Jones says it’s too early to get to specific with project timelines, especially as supply chain issues and material availability remain challenges…
As a part of the work being done, portions of the Cultural Heritage Center will be closed to the public during the work.
