Kienholz, Edman and Price Headline All-ESD Teams

Four total Pierre Governors are on the All-ESD team for the 2021-2022 season as Lincoln Kienholz and Jackson Edman were selected to the All-ESD Boys team and Remington Price was selected for the All-ESD girls team. Ayvrie Kaiser received one of three honorable mention spots.

Kienholz and Edman, both juniors, led the Governors in scoring on the season both averaging over double digits per game. Kienholz, part of the team last season, finished with 19.9 points a game and over seven rebounds a game, closing in on a double-double for the season. Both he and Edman finished with over seven rebounds a game as Edman averaged 12 points a game for the Governors. Pierre finished at 4-4 in the conference on the season.  Head Coach Brianna Kusler says Kienholz is a special play on and off the floor…

Price, a junior, completed her fourth year with the girls team, leading the team at 12.5 points per game in scoring as one of many options from long range for the Governors on the season. The Governors finished over .500 in the ESD at 5-3 after starting conference play at 0-3 and ended in third place in the conference. Kaiser, also a junior, played a big roll both inside the paint averaging 9.43 points per game, 6.19 rebounds, 2.57 assists and 2.48 steals.
