PIERRE — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. Commissioners will consider a five-item consent calendar before moving on to regular agenda items. Commissioners will consider bid results for a project to construct and expand the city’s construction and demolition pit and award bids for chip and fog oil and aggregate base course for 2022. The Commission will consider a request to purchase a dump truck for the Street Department, a street closure request for the St. Patrick’s Day parade, a task order for a plow truck bid and a concessionaire agreement with the Oahe Softball Association. Commissioners will present any dialogue they may have before the meeting adjourns. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 PM.
