The Stanley County Lady Buffaloes season came to an end on Thursday as the Winner Warriors at home, would defeat the Buffs 58-27.
The Warriors ran out to a 42-9 lead at the end of the first half and enacted the running clock for the second half. The Warriors led 50-21 at the end of three as Winner moved to 13-8 on the season and will host Mobridge-Pollock on Saturday for a chance to enter the SoDak 16. The Lady Buffs finish the season at 3-18 as Taylee Stroup, Carlie O’Connor and Jordyn Sosa’s careers came to and end for the Lady Buffs.
The Warriors will play the Lady Tigers on Saturday in Winner with a tipoff time at 6:00.
