PIERRE — The Pierre City Commission is meeting at its regular, normal time tonight. In special business, Commissioners will announce details of a change in the flight schedule at Pierre Regional Airport. The Commission will consider approval of a four-item consent calendar. On the calendar are the claims, minutes from the February 15th meeting and seasonal new hires in the Golf and Parks Departments. Commissioners will consider Volkswagen truck program grant awards for the Landfill and Street Department and a request to purchase an airport plow truck. Other agenda items include requests to bid for the municipal pool project and 2022 curb and gutter projects along with a request to surplus property. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 PM.
