FORT PIERRE — The Fort Pierre City Council is meeting tonight at the South Dakota Municipal League building. The Council will hear a special presentation from Toby Morris on a Tax Increment Finance district before hearing reports from city officials. A public hearing will be held for a malt beverage and farm wine license for Tiger’s Tap and the Council will set a meeting date for the Local Review Board in March. Council members will consider approval of an electrical and plumbing license; two pay applications and two change orders along with authorizing circuit breaker and relay maintenance and testing at the Gen Station.
