PIERRE — The City of Pierre has named Hillsview Golf Course Superintendent Bryan Tipton as the city’s new Parks and Recreation Director. Tipton will oversee 17 full-time staffers and direct operations for parks, recreation, golf and cemetery. He’s been employed by the City of Pierre since 2017.
