Last year was the first year of the ‘Name the Plow” program. A truck and trailer tow-plow unit was named Lewis and Clark in 2021. Snow Problemo will clear snow on U-S Highway 14 from Pierre to Harrold and back again, if we get an snow for the plow to push.
