Tonight and Saturday night the Oahe Lady Capitals will end their season against two of the top three teams in the state looking to grab a big four points.
The Capitals will host the undefeated Sioux Falls Flyers tonight and the number three team Aberdeen Cougars on Saturday. The Caps fell in games earlier in the season with scores not indicating how close both games were. The Caps lost 9-2 to Sioux Falls and 7-2 to Aberdeen, but Oahe stayed close through the half way point of both games. Now, at home for both games, the Caps will look to knock off the Flyers and Cougars. Sioux Falls will be looking for an undefeated regular season as they’ll take on Rushmore in Rapid City both Saturday and Sunday to finish the year while the Cougars will then host Watertown on Sunday to finish the season. Aberdeen will remain the three seed regardless of the outcomes over the weekend.
