FORT PIERRE — The Fort Pierre City Council is meeting tonight at the South Dakota Municipal League Building. The Council will consider approval of the agenda and declaring any conflicts of interest before hearing reports from city officials. Council members will set a public hearing date for a malt beverage and farm wine license for Tiger’s Tap and will consider a resolution regarding the plat of lots. The Council will consider a conditional use permit for a medical cannabis dispensary with cultivation filed by Bad River Cannabis. Council members will consider three requests to purchase equipment and will authorize to advertise for the annual chip sealing project and engineering for 2022 street projects. Two abatements are on the agenda for consideration along with considering a listing agreement with Fischer-Rounds for lots in Teton Island. The meeting starts at 6:30 PM.
