The Oahe Lady Capitals will be in Brookings on Friday and then travel to Sioux Center for Saturday and Sunday games as they look for potential six points over the weekend.
The Lady Caps fell to the Rangers at home back in the third game of the season in overtime and now in Brookings will look for its revenge. The Rangers are sitting in fourth place in the standings heading into the weekend, but are eight points back of third place Aberdeen.
Sioux Center is right behind the Caps in the standings as the Lady Caps have nine points while the Storm have seven. With a couple of wins this weekend, the Caps can create separation from the Storm and could potentially climb to fifth in the standings passing Huron and Watertown.
Puck drop on Friday is at 8:00 in Brookings while Saturday’s game will begin at 4:30 and Sunday’s at 11:15. Capital City Rock’s next girls broadcast will be on February 5 against Watertown on Pink the Rink night.
