On the weekend of January 15 & 16th, three swimmers from the Pierre Swim Team competed at the 2022 SD Optimist High Point meet in Watertown.
In the Girls 9-10 Division:
- Taylor Land: 50 back-6th, 200 free-6th, 100 back-7th, 50 breaststroke-9th, 50 free-9th & 100 free-9th.
In the Girls 17 & over Division:
- Kendra Rounds: 500 free-2nd (SDQ), 200 fly-2nd, 400 IM-2nd (SDQ), 100 back-3rd, 100 fly-3rd, 100 IM-3rd, 50 free-3rd & 100 free-5th (SDQ).
In the Boys 15-16 Division:
- Trevor Rounds: 100 fly-2nd (SDQ), 200 fly-2nd, 200 IM-2nd (SDQ), 200 free-2nd (SDQ), 50 free-3rd (SDQ), 100 free-3rd (SDQ), 100 back-3rd (SDQ) & 100 IM-3rd.
