Confidence was built with two dominating wins for the Pierre Governor wrestling teams on Tuesday over Harrisburg and the Govs look to use the momentum against Aberdeen Central tonight.
It’s the first road dual of the season for the Governors as they continue its busy week. Both the boys and girls won convincingly over Harrisburg on Tuesday at home and after the dual on Thursday, Pierre will split the boys and girls teams to different tournaments on Saturday before the Christmas break. Aberdeen Central fell victim to the Tigers earlier this season in a dual as the Govs look for a 2-0 start in duals and in the ESD.
The girls varsity will begin at 7:00 with the boys to follow in Aberdeen.
