Senior Jesse Schall was selected to this year’s Class 9B All-State team on the defensive line and is the lone representative for the Sully Buttes Chargers for 2021.
The Chargers went 4-5 on the season led by the Schall brothers, Jesse and Jordan. Both were vital components to the offense and defense for the Chargers this season helping guide the Chargers to a .500 regular season record.
Grant Luikens of Potter County was this year’s 9B All-State quarterback s the Battlers received four selections to the All-State team as the runners-up in 9B. Dell Rapids St. Mary’s this year’s state championship team, had four selections including John Pica who was the 9B All-American selection.
