The Public Utilities Commission approved an initial procedural schedule for the North Bend project on October 29th. The evidentiary hearing was originally scheduled for February 24th. Koenecke, in a filing in the matter, says North Bend is awaiting action by Hughes County on a Conditional Use Permit. He expects the County to address the permit in December.
