Mortenson presented the original articles of impeachment against Ravnsborg back in February. That action was amended to set forth the committee that will be formed and begin to investigate whether Ravnsborg committed impeachable offences as a result of a fatal pedestrian crash in September of 2020 that killed 55 year-old Joseph Boever of Highmore.
