223 Swimmers will be competing in the Pierre Invitational Swim meet this weekend, Nov. 5-7 at the Pierre Aquatic Center and hosted by the Pierre Swim Team. 11 different teams from across South Dakota will be taking part in the meet which is one of the first of the indoor season. There will be a total of five sessions with Girls 11-12 & mixed 13-19 swimming in the mornings. Swimming in the afternoon sessions will be the mixed 9-10, boys 11-12 and mixed 8 & under group. Session 1 starts Friday at 6pm with the mile for the 13-19 age group. Sessions two and four both will start at 9 am & sessions three and five will start at 1pm each day.
