Belle Fourche Man Identified In Fatal Jones County Rollover Crash

MURDO — The South Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of the man killed in a rollover crash on Interstate 90. The Patrol says 74 year-old Jerald Mosier of Belle Fourche died Saturday around 1:30 P-M, three miles east of Murdo. Mosier was traveling east when his 2003 Chevy Avalanche left the roadway to the left. It eventually cross back over both east bound lanes where it entered the south ditch and rolled over. Mosier was not wearing a seatbelt at the time was thrown from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The South Dakota Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash.
