The Capital Campaign is tasked with raising approximately three million dollars for the pool while the City of Pierre last August restructured financing for the pool to provide around 10-million of the 13-million dollar cost. No new tax dollars are being utilized to build the pool which is currently under construction with dirt work in Griffin Park.
