Miller Freshman Pierce Baumberger won the boys race with a time of 16:51, a second ahead of Potter County’s Nicholas Schlachter and eighth grader Autumn Fallis won the girls race for Highmore-Harrold by a near minute.
Sully Buttes had two runners on the day as Griffin Peterson was fifth for the Chargers and Darion Osterkamp was 38th. Miller won the boys event with a team score of 11 while the Potter County girls won with a score of eight.
