It was a long bus ride but a short game as the Pierre Governors wasted no time with a three set sweep of the Yankton Gazelles 27-25, 25-21 and 25-22.
The Governors are now 13-3 on the season and are 10 games over .500 for the first time this season. It was the final time the Governors will go on the road this season as they will be at home for the final four matches. Yankton drops to 10-12 on the year and will take on Aberdeen Central next.
