There was no testimony for or against the wine license transfer during a public hearing on the request. A ribbon cutting will be held on October 16th at 11 am. Stromer says that day is usually the annual Autumn Wine Walk the Alley Exchange puts on. The event will be done on a smaller scale in the new store at Northridge Plaza.
