The Pierre Volleyball team will finally end its 10-day layoff as they are on the road against two very tough teams, beginning with Rapid City Christian.
The Lady Comets are coming into tonight on a four game losing streak, its only four losses of the season. Rapid City Christian was beat in all four matchups in the Sanford Pentagon Tournament over the weekend. The Governors will be looking to extend the losing skid the Lady Comets are on with another loss. The Governors were able to erase the loss against Washington, the first of the season, to beat the Lincoln Patriots in a three set sweep. Pierre still sits at number three in the AA standings.
First serve is scheduled for 7:00 Mountain Time in Rapid City. The Governors will be in Sioux Falls on Thursday to face O’Gorman, the number two team in AA.
