It was the lone home invite for the Pierre Governors on Tuesday and four Pierre Governors finished in the top ten individually with another twofinishing inside the top 20.
Luke Olson finished two shots over par with a 74 which was tied for fourth place and five shots behind the leads of Landon Roberts, Kaden Rylance and Jake Olson, all finishing three under par. Jon Lyons, playing for Pierre White, which would be considered the JV team, finished three over par tied for seventh. Both Jack Bartlett and Dawson Getz each shot a 76 which was tied for ninth place, a shot behind Lyons and two strokes behind Olson. Sawyer Sonnenschein was tied for 13th with a 77 while Nick Bothun was 17th at a 79.
As a team, Pierre Green, consisting of Olson, Getz, Bartlett and Sonnenschein finished in second place as a team with a combined 15 over par, nine shots behind Watertown finishing with a 294, six over par. Pierre White was eighth shotting a 346 as a team.
The Governors will be in Huron on Friday at the Broadland Creek Golf Course beginning at 10:00 AM.
