The Sully Buttes Chargers will begin its season on Tuesday as they travel down to Jones County to face the Coyotes. Both teams will rely on youth early on in the year.
The Chargers have just one senior on this year’s team as setter, Tailynn Bradford will the Chargers lone senior. The Chargers do return quite a bit of experience with five juniors and four sophomores rounding out the varsity lineup.
Jones County will have just three seniors on this year’s squad. Madelyn Host, Alexis Moran and Taylor Fedderson will be the three senior Coyotes. Jones County will enjoy three matches to begin the season all at home before traveling out of Murdo at the end of August.
JV begins at 6:30 at the Jones County Harrold Thune Auditorium in Murdo with the varsity to follow.
