PIERRE — The State of South Dakota recorded a big jump in sales taxes in the fiscal year that ended June 30th.  State financial analysts, appearing before the Joint Committee on Appropriations called the fourteen percent year to year increase, “historic”.  Nathan Sanderson, Executive Director of the South Dakota Retailers Association, says not all of his members shared in that type of increase….
