Naylor says some of the biggest changes she’s seen in 23 years of civil service to county government is how elections have changed with more focus being put on them and specifically the focus on voter’s rights on the national scale. Hughes County Commissioners approved Naylor’s resignation and approved the hiring of her replacement.
