PIERRE — The South Dakota Highway Patrol says a Pierre woman was at the controls of a vehicle involved in a fatal crash on Interstate 90. The Department of Public Safety has released the names of two of three people involved in the July 4th crash. The name of a 60 year-old male killed in the crash has not been released. The preliminary investigation of the crash shows a 2002 Toyota Camry was traveling east on I-90 three miles west of Plankinton when the driver, 19 year-old Kyanne Redwater of Pierre lost control of the car causing it to roll over in the south ditch. Two male passengers were ejected from the vehicle, both not wearing seat belts. Also killed in the crash was 26 year-old Wesley Noisy Hawk of Dupree. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
