The Pierre Governor golf team turned things around from Thursday as the Govs finishes in fifth as a team on Friday.
Pierre finished with an 87 over par, 379 on the day. O’Gorman finished in first place as a team with a 335. Hadley Hart finished tied for 10th on the day with a 14 over, 87 on the day, just 12 shots off the lead. Ellie Jo Simpson was tied for 14th, two shots behind Hart at 89. Madilyn Brakke and Hattie Baldwin were three and four for the Governors with a 100 and 103 respectively. Shannon McCormick of O’Gorman won the event with a two over par, 75.
