The Sully Buttes Chargers and Stanley County Buffaloes both competed in Miller on Tuesday and both teams had several winners on the afternoon.
For the Stanley County Buffaloes, Evan Nordstrom won the 100 meter dash and was part of the 4×100 and 4×200 relay team taking first place along with Trey Frost, Fredericksen Andrew and Nathan Cook. Cook also won the discus with a new PR while also getting second place in the shot put with a new PR. Frost finished in second in the 110 meter hurdles while Nordstrom was third 300 meter hurdles and Andrew was fourth in the 400 meter run. Kaysen Magee was second in both the 800 and 1600 meter run for the Lady Buffs.
Sully Buttes had two multi winners on the day. Stevie Wittler won both the 100 meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles while Lydia Hill swept the shot put and discus throws for the Chargers. Wittler was also fifth in the 100 meter and 200 meter dash. On the boys side, Jesse Schall was third and fourth in the discus and shot put throws respectively. Landon Hepker was third in the triple jump.
