Pierre Governor Sophomore, Lincoln Kienholz won both the high jump and long jump event on Friday afternoon in Sioux Falls.
Kienholz jumped a 6-6 in the high jump, six inches higher than second place while also leaping a 20-9 in the long jump beating out second place by three inches.
For the girls on Friday, Lilly Sanchez finished second in the high jump for Pierre while Reese Terwilliger was fourth in the shot put. Autumn Iverson was fourth in the 1600 meter run.
On Saturday for Pierre Jessica Lutmer had the best day of any Governor finishing in sixth place in the 3200 meter run.
For Stanley County on Saturday, 4×100 boys relay team finished in tenth place and Evan Nordstrom was 27 in the 100 meter hurdles. Sully Buttes saw Stevie Wittler compete in the 100 and 300 meter hurdles and having her best finish at 21st in the 300 meter hurdles.
