Wednesday afternoon, Nathan Cook, senior at Stanley County high school, signed to continue his football career at Dakota State University.
Cook has been a leader for the Buffaloes in both the football and basketball seasons. Cook was selected to the 11B All-State team. He had 7.5 sacks accumulating 34 tackles with 28 assisted tackles. Cook had a fumble recovery for a touchdown, four receiving touchdowns and a rushing touchdown in his senior campaign.

Cook says he was recruited as a tight end but could be flexible. He says he plans to study business management and DSU.
