FORT PIERRE — The Stanley County Commission is meeting tonight at the Stanley County Courthouse. Commissioners will consider approval of the agenda, the claims, hear the Treasurer’s and Auditor’s report and set a Board of Equalization meeting before meeting in executive session for personnel. The Commission will meet with Emergency Manager Rob Fines, Fairgrounds Manager Scott Deal for a new hire and will discuss gravel with Highway Superintendent Lee Smith. Commissioners will consider a new printer for the Treasurer’s Office and surplusing a printer. Also on the agenda tonight are the 2019 and 2020 annual reports, a contract with Frontline Warning Systems, two abatements, discussion on an ordinance and Stanley, the Buffalo at the Log Cabin before meeting a second time in executive session for care of the poor and personnel. The Stanley County Commission meets tonight at five pm.
