FORT PIERRE — The Fort Pierre City Council is meeting tonight at the South Dakota Municipal League building. The Council will consider approval of the agenda and declare any conflicts of interest before hearing reports from city officials. Three public hearings are on the agenda. Each one is connected to wine, malt beverage or liquor license. New business includes considering engineering for a residential TIF design and hiring part-time city staff. Personnel certifications, the expo parking lot and a property tax abatement are on tonight’s agenda. The Council will close out the meeting considering a 2021 electrical contractor license and hiring election workers for the April 13th election. The Fort Pierre City Council meets tonight at 6:30 pm.
