Hanson joked about why the city hasn’t tried to get a flyover in previous years. B One-B Lancer flyovers out of Ellsworth Air Force Base are done during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and other special events across the county including this year’s Rose Bowl and Tournament of Roses parade.
