The final three games of the regular season start tonight for the Stanley County Lady Buffaloes will all three on the road. Tonight the Buffs take on a tough Kadoka Area Kougars squad.
All three teams will be tough for the Lady Buffaloes as all three are above .500, high in their respective regions and are in the top 30 of all of Class B. By records and standings, tonight is the toughest of the three as Kadoka Area comes in at 21-8 on the year, having beaten Jones County, the Lady Buffs final opponent, in four sets last Thursday in Murdo. Kadoka is just outside the top 16, but if they find to be one of the top two teams in Region 7B, they’ll be in the SoDak 16. Jones County sits behind them in the 7B standings. In terms of records, Kadoka’s worst losses are to Class AA Sturgis and Burke, who is a usual power in Class B. Stanley County is coming in at 8-14 after its win over Dupree last Thursday and are 8-7 since the 0-7 start. Stanley County will be in Highmore on Friday to face the Highmore-Harrold Pirates.
First serve from Kadoka will be around 6:30 Central Time tonight.
