PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. Commissioners will consider approval of a four-item consent calendar including minutes and claims and two raffle requests. One is for River of Life Church while the second is for the Beyond the Classroom Crown the King fundraiser. There are three items of unfinished business for the Commission. Commissioners will consider approval of bids for electric materials for next year and two plat requests. One is in the Riverview Addition while the second is in the Oahe Addition. There are three items of new business for the Commission tonight. Commissioners will consider approval of a proposal for guardrails along Country Drive near electrical infrastructure, a request to purchase a closed circuit camera system for the wastewater camera van and a change order on the airport parallel Taxiway-C project. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 pm. The meeting is open to the community.
