FORT PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Fort Pierre City Council goes back to work this evening at the Stanley County Courthouse Commission chambers. City officials will present reports to the Council before getting into agenda items. The Council will hear a presentation on the Stanley Jones Trust with Jenna Severyn and consider approval of amendment one to Task Order Four. Council members will consider approval of a pay application for Anderson Contracting for curb and gutter work. Two agenda items are connected to the Riverwalk Landing project. Council members will consider a plat change with lots Two-A and Two-B and a conditional use permit for Riverwalk Landing with M-G-Z-Z Holdings. Other agenda items include authorization to waive late fees for occupancy taxes, a resolution for a special maintenance fee and the introduction of two ordinances. One relates to golf carts while the second the traffic penalty code. The Fort Pierre City Council meets tonight at six pm central time.
