Gallagher is hoping crews can apply a priming coat to gravel by Friday and start paving side streets by Friday as well. The prime requires three days to be in place before paving begins which puts paving on Euclid on the 29th. Traffic will still be funneled into single lanes…

Gallagher says it’s frustrating to being so close to finishing the paving part of the project only to have weather delay it after a fairly good weather construction season.
