(Onida, SD) – The Sully Buttes Chargers will return to the home court for a one match home stand Thursday night host the Winner Lady Warriors at 6 p.m.
The Chargers will look for the first win of the season while also seeking their second set victory of the young season. Sully Buttes enter at 0-6 after falling to Ipswich in three sets on Tuesday. The Chargers will play in their second home contest of the season. Their opponent the Winner Warriors enter at 3-1 suffering their first loss of their season last week against Valentine in a three set sweep. Winner is playing in their second of a three straight on the road.
They will be meeting for the fifth time since 2008 Winner is 4-0 include three straight sweeps. They battled each other in 2008 and 2009. Winner would win both going 6-2 in set play. The started the series up again in 2024 where Winner has come out victory in sweeps against the Chargers.
