The Brandon Valley Baseball Association would announce damage underneath its grandstand at its home ballpark Monday evening on Facebook post on Tuesday.
In the Facebook post, it says a fire broke out Monday evening under the grandstand at First National Bank Field at Aspen Park. Everything under the grandstand is a total loss with heavy smoke damage to the concession stand and press box. There was also damage to the grandstand itself. Brandon Valley Baseball Association is asking the public to stay away from the area as the Fire Marshall and investigation continues. Brandon Valley thanked the four local fire departments for the quick response to the fire.
