Reiss says he is working through the application to place a storage facility on the state water plan, a requirement for possible future state funding…
The application also indicates if federal funding falls through, the city would possibly seek additional state funds. It is also for a massive two-million gallon storage tank…
The Council took no action on a resolution as it was not included as an agenda item. Reiss made the comments during public comment. The Council will consider taking up a resolution at it’s next meeting.
