To qualify for assistance, a household’s annual gross income can not exceed 120-percent of the county Area Median Income or state A-M-I, whichever is larger. Eligible buyers can get assistance equal up to 50-percent of the lender’s required minimum down payment, not to exceed 10-thousand dollars.
